Anniversary Greetings from the Ecumenical Women's Network REM, Guatemala

Miriam and Olga, another REM leader

PWRDF has received an anniversary greeting from The Ecumenical Women's Network (REM) in Guatemala. Earlier this year the coordinator for REM, Miriam Iquique, suffered two assaults in addition to telephoned death threats that she had received previously. We continue to ask for your prayers of solidarity for Miriam, her husband and nine children, and for all those in Guatemala who are victims of violence.

A personal message from Miriam Iquique: "I am profoundly grateful for your concern. We will continue in the struggle as our strength allows. A thousand thank yous and a greeting to the entire team at PWRDF… Thank you for your support."
